THE AWESOME FOUNDATION GRANT — Homelessness
Excited to announce that we have been awarded a 1000 dollars grant from “The Awesome Foundation”.
The Awesome Foundation is a global community advancing the interest of awesome in the universe, $1000 at a time. Each fully autonomous chapter supports awesome projects through micro-grants, usually given out monthly. These micro-grants, $1000 or the local equivalent, come out of the pockets of the chapter’s “trustees” and are given on a no-strings-attached basis to people and groups working on awesome projects.
With this 1000 dollars funding, Step-Up Green Climate Warriors Initiative will purchase more Sawyer water filters to be distributed to vulnerable communities submerged by flood, internally displaced persons or forcibly displaced due to conflicts.
We are delighted to welcome “The Awesome Foundation” USA as one of our funding partners at Step-Up Green Climate Warriors Initiative and look forward to a fruitful partnership.
